These are the ranks in Peak Guild. I will also like to point out that in Peak there are no separate officer channels in game or secret areas on this site. We are in this together and to make that work all information shall be available to everyone.

Guildmaster: Self explanatory. Leads the guild and by that making sure all members gets their voice heard. With the type of guild we are building guild drama should be scarce but IF it occurs its the GM’s job to sort it out.

Advisor: The advisors help the GuildMaster with the daily running and administration of our guild and acts as speaking partners when delicate matters are to be solved. They will help coordinate things in-side guild and support the GM in external contacts. Also – whenever the GM is absent the Advisors step in as deputy.

Mentor: These are our team of experienced members that are willing to share their knowledge to raise the standards of the guild as a whole. We will have 2 mentors each for Dps, Tanks & Healers.

Banker: This guy(s) makes sure that our vault is filled with useful stuff and plenty of gold. Maintains item-lists etc for the members to know what gifts the bank excepts.

Raidleader: Two or three of our members will hold the rank RL. They are responsible for planning events and decides what tactics to use. Holds the helm when we enter dungeons for new adventures.

Raider: Majority of our members will hold this rank. These members loves to wipe and their smiles never leaves their faces while we learning new encounters.

Elder: This is the rank for our members that for one reason or the other cant put in the time to be part of the raid team. Might even be so that they dont like to raid but still have strong ties to any of our members. Are still allowed to raid if they feel for it and there are spots open. The raider rank will allways be prioritized though.

Alt: This far into the game our members got plenty of alts and they are of course welcome in Peak.

Initiate: New members holds this rank until they have proved they will fit in to our community – normally a period of 2 to 3 weeks.
