Its a Start! We are on the move…

So we are on the way. Some of our old friends have arrived and we are getting ready for the 13′th. We made our first 5-man guild run last nite and had a blast 
Was nice to be able to play a whole nite again with out beeing stucked on loading screens. Getting more and more used to the new talents. The latest patch introduced enough for us all to be occupied the last few weeks before the expansion. Some are pressing the last out of the PvP honor system picking up rewards. Others are having a blast performing new Achivement tasks.
Now we can start preparing to build up a team for 10-man raiding and will try to start with running Karazhan just for the fun of it and to get the right talents on the spellbars. Need a few more old friends turning back and we can do it within the guild.

Patch Day

Patch day is here, last patch before the WotLK hits us full force the 13th of November. And this is not just an ordinary one. Its when we get our new talent trees.
So now starts the work with finding the future build of our likings. I have heard Warlocks and Mages longing to test their new high end talents.
Myself aiming at raising a my druid first are a bit more worried from what I have read about the new druid talents, especially when aiming for continous feral combat. It seems to be a little bit harder to build up a dual tank/dps druid as was the standard before. But it will give more options to specialize your way to combat and I guess in the end everyone will find a build to their liking. Time will tell.
Havent focused on any special recruiting activities but good old friends show up and join the ranks so we are on the right track. I am positive that when Lich King hits we will have sufficient of members to start build up our initial raid team.
What I have read the leveling from 70 to 80 will take a bit more time than 60 to 70 so I guess we should aim to start raiding early next year. Well I for one is looking forward to that moment of learning new encounters and see new places.
Hopefully we can arrange some 10-mans in the de-tuned instances to test out new talents before the expansion goes live. So stay tuned and meet you all on Stormrage!

Got myself the Swift Flight Form this Friday – finally Thanks Beril, Aeros, Gloimdk & Icenigth for the help and keeping it up through the wipes!
Apart from running instances we are preparing for Lich King on Stormrage-EU trying to get parts of the “old” gang together. Aiming for a rather small and tight group to start out running the 10-mans that Blizz will throw at us.
So stay tuned for further info of where we going.
Peak lägger ned i Conan :(

Det är med visst vemod jag skriver detta. Peak kommer att upphöra i sin nuvarande form inom Conan. Det har varit några intressanta månader men olyckligtvis räckte inte innehållet till för att skapa en atmosfär som våra medlemmar ville frodas i. Några av våra medlemmar hänger i men den nuvarande ledningen har lagt av och i och med det kommer denna siten sluta att stöda Peak i Conan.
Vill passa på att tacka alla våra medlemmar för det ni bidragit med. Peak i Conan var en guild med mycket bra stämning, en fröjd att leda! I och för sig ställdes vi inte inför några större prövningar Jag har lärt känna en massa trevligt folk vilket jag är glad för! Vem vet kanske möts våra vägar igen.
Beträffande Peak kommer guilden leva vidare och vi kommer åter att fokusera på World of Warcraft när Lich King släpps. Vi kommer då att släppa kravet på svensktalande medlemmar och övergå till att vara en internationell guild. Vårt hem är Stormrage EU där vi huserat i olika former sen strax efter release. Vår fokus kommer till att början vara att bygga upp ett tight team och raida 10-manna.
Vi kommer finnas kvar på den här siten så titta in då och då om ni är intresserade av vad som händer.
That said, moving over to an international base for the guild, this site will from now on switch to english.

Äntligen är yttre muren klar!
Tack alla medlemmar för de insatser ni gjort! I kväll fick vi upp det sista segmentet i yttre muren så nu kommer inga objudna in.
Ett tag var vi inne på att skippa muren tills vi hade våra workshops färdiga men vi insåg att det är ingen stad föränn muren är komplett! T2 Keepet har vi redan så nästa stora mål är tradeposten. När den är klar så är det en smal sak att slänga upp workshops så att våra medlemmar kan komma vidare i sina yrken.
Än en gång – tack alla för era insatser – gåvor av pengar, sten, metaller, trä osv har tagit oss hit och längre ska vi. Kanonjobb alla!
Fortsätt och fylla banken så att Smilla har nåt att göra 
Nu är det Granite, Yew, Iron & Electrum som gäller!

Äntligen blev det av! Har länge tänkt att “det här måste filmas” var enda gång jag slitit huvet av nån Så i em bestämde jag mig för att nu kör jag tills jag lyckas fånga en av spelets coolaste fatalitys.
